We deliver across Kuwait including Kuwait City, Salmiya, Hawally, Jabriya, Mishref, and surrounding areas. Enter your area at checkout to confirm same-day availability.
Some remote areas may have extended delivery windows or limited express options.
Express delivery arrives in 1–2 hours in covered areas when ordered during operating hours.
Standard same-day delivery is available until 6:00 PM in Kuwait City and major districts. Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the next business day.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your area and delivery speed. Free delivery may apply on eligible orders and promotions.
For health, safety, and product-quality reasons, opened, used, or unsealed cosmetic creams and personal-care products cannot be returned or exchanged. Unopened products remain subject to applicable consumer rights and the laws and regulations of the State of Kuwait.
Products that cannot be returned once opened or used include cosmetic creams, personal-care products, and products with a removed safety seal or protective packaging, except where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and without prejudice to any statutory consumer rights.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact Aroma Care Customer Service and provide your order number and a clear photo of the product. Once verified, the product will be replaced or refunded, as applicable.
Once a refund is approved, the amount will be returned using the original payment method whenever possible. The refund may take several business days to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider. Contact [email protected] or use our contact page for refund questions.
If the return is due to an error by Aroma Care or a damaged or defective product, Aroma Care will cover the costs associated with correcting the order. In other cases, applicable terms and laws will apply.
An order may be cancelled before it has been prepared or dispatched for delivery. Once the order has been prepared or dispatched, the Return & Exchange Policy will apply.
