Some remote areas may have extended delivery windows or limited express options.
Express delivery arrives in 1–2 hours in covered areas when ordered during operating hours.
Standard same-day delivery is available until 6:00 PM in Kuwait City and major districts. Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the next business day.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your area and delivery speed. Free delivery may apply on eligible orders and promotions.
Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery, subject to product category restrictions.
Prescription medicines, opened personal care items, and temperature-sensitive products may not be eligible for return unless defective or incorrect.
